I believe the single most important aspect of music is melody. The following orchestrations personify that ideal.  Each of these arrangements have beautiful melodies, that should energize our imaginations. Growing up, I was often inspired by film music, in particular scores that featured trumpet solos. Some of these are arrangements from actual films and others simply have that cinematic quality. The first set of arrangements are perfect for orchestra “Pops” concerts. I’ve performed many of these live. They’ve always received enthusiastic responses from the audience.

Autumn Leaves, Chinatown, Cinema Paradiso, Europa, My Funny Valentine, Vocalise are all scored for orchestra.

What Are You Doing & Have Yourself a Merry Christmas are scored for big band.

Tenderly is for brass choir.

Room 333 is scored for 8 trumpets & rhythm section.

Recording engineers for these tracks: Tim Jaquette, Ebiut Cervantes, Nick Thorpe.
